1/2 kg of cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon of butter
1 egg, beaten
1 medium onion, finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
2 tablespoons of milk
1/4 cup of cake flour
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil for frying

Mix together all the ingredients, except for the cake flour and vegetable oil
Shape into balls, using approximately two tablespoons each
Dust with cake flour and fry in vegetable oil over medium heat, until they are golden brown on both sides
Drain and serve warm.
