3 cups of wheat flour, sifted
4 tablespoons (level) of active dry yeast
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of peanuts, lightly toasted, chopped
1 egg
1 1/4 cups (level) of strong brewed coffee
2 tablespoons (tablespoon) of melted butter or margarine

1 1/4 cups (level) of strong brewed coffee
2 tablespoons (tablespoon) of melted butter or margarine
Sift together dry ingredients and add peanuts; beat egg, add coffee and melted butter or margarine, and incorporate into dry ingredients; just enough to moisten all the flour
Just mix until everything is well combined
Bake in individual molds, greased, in a hot oven, for 20 to 25 minutes
Yield: 16 large or 30 small balls.
