2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour - 40 g
2 cups of milk - 480 ml
1 tablespoon of mustard - 15 g
1 tablespoon of ketchup - 15 g
Pepper sauce to taste

Mix the meat with onion, ginger, and salt
Form meatballs about 3 cm in diameter
Fry them on paper towels
Prepare the sauce
In a pan, melt the butter over low heat
Add the flour and stir well as it starts to brown
Remove from heat and add milk gradually, stirring constantly
Add mustard, ketchup, and pepper sauce
Heat again, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened
Add the meatballs to the sauce
Mix well, warm thoroughly, and serve
