1 small glass of mushrooms
5 tablespoons of heavy cream or natural yogurt
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

Cut the meat into strips
Fry in olive oil until browned
Add the onions and let them cook for a few minutes more
Season with salt, pepper, and flour to taste
Add the hot broth
Cook until the beef is tender, adding more broth as needed
Finally, add the mushrooms and heat well
Add the yogurt and soy sauce
Sprinkle with parsley
Serve in 4 portions.
