2 tablespoons of wheat flour
1/2 cup of white wine
1/2 cup of chicken broth
Salt and black pepper to taste

Open the polenta onto a table to obtain a thickness of 5 cm
Let it cool
Cut into slices with the help of 1 cookie cutter
Make a depression in the middle of each slice, forming a cake
Beat the egg
Place biscuit flour on a plate
Dip the cakes in the egg and then in biscuit flour
Fry first, placing the side of the depression of the cake facing down, and then flip to brown all sides
Fry the chicken breast in butter
Mix the flour with wine and broth
Add to the chicken and cook stirring until thickened
Check the flavor and season to taste with salt and black pepper
Add drained green beans and mix
Fill the cakes with this sauce
