Season the fish with salt and pepper
Coat in all-purpose flour
Dust the fish on both sides with olive oil
Combine tomato sauce, water, lemon juice, and onion
Cover and cook slowly for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through
Serve the fish in the same sauce
Portion into 4 servings.
