In a pan, heat the olive oil, add the garlic and onion
Refine when it starts to brown
Add the tomato, cilantro, and season
When it starts to simmer, reduce the heat, cover the pan, and cook for 15 minutes
Meanwhile, season the tuna with salt and black pepper
Brush a grill with olive oil and grill the tuna on both sides
Do not overcook
Remove the sauce from the pan, add the lime zest, and serve with the grilled tuna.
