1/2 cup of chopped parsley
1/2 cup of milk
1 small onion finely chopped

Sauce:
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 medium onions finely chopped
1 garlic clove well minced
3 large tomatoes, cored, seeded, and finely chopped
1 tablespoon of dried oregano
1 can of peas

3 large tomatoes, cored, seeded, and finely chopped
1 tablespoon of dried oregano
1 can of peas
To make the meatballs: in a bowl, mix all the ingredients together
Mix very well and shape 18 meatballs, each about 5 cm in diameter
Place them in a refrigerator dish and bake in the oven for 15 minutes
Prepare the sauce: heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the tomatoes and oregano
Cover and cook slowly for 15 minutes
Add the drained peas and stir
Serve the meatballs with the sauce over them and bake in a slow oven (120°C) covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes
Serve 6 people.
