1 bouillon cube of beef broth
1 cup warm water

Mix the ground beef, onion, 1 tablespoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Mix well and shape into 8 meatballs
Dip the meatballs in the uncooked rice and place them in a casserole dish with a capacity for 2 liters
Mix the remaining salt and paprika with the cooked tomatoes
Pour over the meatballs
Dissolve the bouillon cube in the warm water and pour into the casserole dish
Sprinkle with any leftover rice
Cover and bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour, or until the rice is cooked
