Sauté the onion in olive oil
Add the carrot, bacon, and red wine
Let it cook for a few minutes
Add the water, bouillon cube, to taste, and tomato paste
Brown the ground meat in a little fat and add it to the mixture
Let it cook for about 1 hour or until the meat is tender
At the end, add the peas and let it warm through
Cook the macaroni as usual
Serve the picadinho over the macaroni
