Let the breadcrumbs soak in milk
In a small saucepan, combine the onion and water, then cover
Cook until the water is almost evaporated and the onion is soft
Mix together the ground meat, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and onion
Form 12 meatballs
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and brown the meatballs on all sides
Remove from the skillet and place in a dish
Pour the warm lime juice into the skillet, mixing with the remaining fat, then pour over the meatballs
Dish out in quarters.
