Cut the onion into small cubes, the green peppers into strips and fry everything in olive oil
Wash and dry the rice
Add the onion and green peppers
Add the beef broth, let it boil and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes
While this is cooking, cut the fish fillets into small cubes
Season the fish pieces with lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Add to the rice
Cut the tomatoes in half and add them to the mixture
