To make the fritters, mix the beef with all the ingredients
Shape into balls using a spoon
Fry in hot oil until golden brown
Drain on paper towels
Prepare the sauce: blend the tomatoes without seeds in a blender and beat well
Add to a pan with oregano, salt, and black pepper
Simmer over low heat with the pan half-covered for 30 minutes
Add the fritters and cook for an additional 10 minutes
