1 kg of beef bone

Make a small incision at the top of the 1/2 onion, add the rosemary and skewer the cloves
Toss that onion in a non-stick skillet and transfer it to a pot
Add the remaining ingredients and cook over low heat for 4 hours

Remove any foam that forms on the surface of the stew during cooking with a skimmer

Take the pot off the heat and let it cool down
Strain the stew through a clean cheesecloth or a fine-mesh sieve.
