1 medium onion (100 g), finely chopped
1 tablespoon of butter
500 g of stripped beef, cut into small strips and fine pieces
1/2 teaspoon of mustard
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of skimmed milk (75 g)
3/4 cup of water (180 ml)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 cup of fresh Paris mushrooms, cut in half (190 g)

In a large skillet, over high heat, sauté the onion in butter until it's soft (about 3 minutes)
Add the beef strips, mix and cook, stirring always, until they're tender (about 10 minutes)
Add the remaining ingredients, mix and let it simmer for about 2 minutes
Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.
