1 kg of beef brisket cut into large cubes
2 chopped onions
3 minced cloves of garlic
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 can of beer
1 sprig of rosemary
1 red bell pepper cut into slices
1 cup of fresh green peas

Heat the olive oil and butter in a large pan
Add the beef and let it brown
Add the onions, garlic, and cook for five minutes
Season with salt, black pepper, beer, rosemary, and cook on medium heat until the beef is tender
Add the red bell pepper, green peas, and cook for an additional five minutes
Turn off the heat and sprinkle with parsley.
