FOR THE FILLING
4 ripe tomatoes, cut into pieces
1 medium onion, cut into pieces

1/2 cup of olive oil (120 ml)
4 eggs
2/3 cup of milk (160 ml)

2 cups of wheat flour (240 g)

FOR THE FILLING

PREPARE THE FILLING: In a blender, beat the tomato and onion
In a pan, sauté them with olive oil, high heat, for 5 minutes
Add sausage and cook for an additional 5 minutes
Remove from heat and season with salt and oregano
Let it cool
PREPARE THE CRUST: In a blender, put all the ingredients except flour
Blend and add flour gradually, blending after each addition
Put half of the crust in a 25.5 x 18.5 cm baking dish, greased with olive oil, and top with the cold filling
Spread the remaining crust on top and bake in a preheated oven (200°C) until golden brown
