For the meatballs
1/2 kg of Ground Beef
2 slices of Bread, crusty form
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 cloves of Garlic, minced
1 Egg
Olive Oil
Sauce
1 can of Tomato Paste
2 tablespoons of Lime Juice
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon of Mustard
1 tablespoon of Butter or Margarine
1 tablespoon of English Malt Vinegar
For the meatballs
1/2 kg of Ground Beef

To make the meatballs: finely grind the Bread
Add remaining ingredients and shape small meatballs
Fry in Olive Oil until browned
Place in a saucepan over medium heat
Mix all Sauce ingredients and bring to simmer
Pour over the meatballs
Serve with skewers.
