For the dough:
2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of butter (100 g)
2 cups of all-purpose flour (240 g)
Salt to taste
For the filling:
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
200 g of ground beef
1/3 cup of pitted green olives, finely chopped
1/3 cup of raisins
2 cooked eggs, beaten
1/3 cup of chopped parsley

3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
For dusting:
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon

In a saucepan, combine the milk, butter, and salt, and bring to a boil
When it starts to boil, add the all-purpose flour at once and stir until a cooked dough forms
Remove from heat and let cool
Next, roll out the dough on a floured surface or form into balls. Reserve
Prepare the filling: in a saucepan with olive oil, cook the onion until it's softened
Add the ground beef and cook until it loses its pink color
Season to taste
Add the remaining ingredients and let cool slightly
Place some of the filling in the center of the dough and close, pressing the edges tightly
Dip in egg and all-purpose flour and fry in hot oil
After frying, dust with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon
Yield 60 pieces.
