Preheat the oven to medium temperature and grease the baking sheet with butter
In a blender, beat well the eggs and milk powder
Add the remaining ingredients, mixing gently
Place in the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
When it's warm, remove from the pan

Cook the milk powder with water until caramelized
Join the nuts and heavy cream and cook until the bottom is clear
Spread over the cake

Cut into eight slices

Cook the milk powder with water until caramelized
