With a wooden spoon, mix together the sugar, butter, and eggs

Combine the flour, yeast, salt, cinnamon, and milk

Heat the oil in a pan over low heat
Add spoonfuls of the dough to the oil, increase the heat, and fry until golden brown
Scoop out the fritters with paper towels
Mix the cinnamon with the powdered sugar and dust the fritters with it.
