1/2 cup of honey
1/2 cup of pineapple juice
2 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of butter

Beat the butter or margarine with the powdered sugar
Add the vanilla and almond extracts
Beat well
Combine the sifted flour, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts
Form small balls
Place on ungreased baking sheets
Bake in a moderate oven for 15 to 18 minutes
Mix the topping ingredients and cook slowly for 5 minutes
Let cool slightly
Dip the still-warm fritters in the topping
Let cool completely
Yield about 60 fritters.
