Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
Beat the eggs lightly and combine with the chocolate
Aquatic for several minutes but do not let the water boil
Add the orange zest and sugar and allow to cool slightly
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the chocolate mixture, mixing well
Pour into individual serving dishes and refrigerate for several hours
Serving with whipped cream
