Remove the spinach leaves from their stems, blanch for a few minutes, drain and chop
Add 2 tablespoons of grated cheese, the egg, and the onion
Shape into balls about 3 cm in diameter
Coat with remaining grated cheese and place on a well-greased baking sheet
Bake in a moderate oven preheated to 170°C for 20 minutes
