Butter or margarine
2 cans of turkey ham or prosciutto
3 peeled and chopped potatoes
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
16 slices of whole wheat bread
Butter or margarine

Spread butter on the bread slices
Mix the ham with the cheese and mayonnaise
Add the chopped potatoes
Place a portion of the mixture on 8 bread slices
Cover and cut in half
Make 8 sandwiches.
