In a blender, whisk together the milk, egg, wheat flour, oil, spinach puree, and salt

Grease a non-stick skillet with a little bit of butter

Make crepe discs and cook them on both sides

On a plate, place a crepe disc, spread some cream cheese, and arrange tomato slices, cucumber slice, carrot grate, ham, and cheddar cheese

Place another crepe disc on top and repeat the filling process
