Drain the cooked beans in a shallow dish, then add the cassava flour and mix well
Next, add the chopped chicken sausage to the mixture and stir until it forms a consistent dough
With your right hand, shape the dough into small balls, about the size of your fist
Set aside for later use
Heat some oil or olive oil in a frying pan, let it warm up slightly, then fry the bean fritters until they're crispy on the outside
Drain, let cool slightly, and serve with butter on top
