Beat the butter with the sugar
Add the grated lemon zest, lemon juice, and egg whites
Sift the flour, add the salt, and combine with the mixture above
Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites until stiff peaks form
Place the batter into individual molds, filling them 2/3 full
Bake in a medium oven until the fritters are lightly set.
