Preheat the oven
Mix all the ingredients, except for the butter for frying and sour cream
On a well-floured surface, shape round fritters about 1 cm thick and with a diameter of about 5 cm
Check if they're well coated in flour
Melt the butter and fry the fritters on both sides
Arrange them in a baking dish lined with parchment paper, drizzle with sour cream, and bake for 15 minutes.
