1 cup and 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour sifted
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
1/4 cup of melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
3 large egg yolks
zest of 1 orange, grated
1/3 cup of milk

Preheat the oven
Grease and flour the bottom of a muffin tin
Sift together the first three ingredients
Beat the butter or margarine with the sugar until well combined, then add the egg yolks and continue beating until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 4 minutes total; add the orange zest
Add the milk and flour alternately
Fill the muffin tin halfway
Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, then let cool for 12 hours.
