Process the bacon into small pieces until it's homogeneous
Mix with the ground pork and finely chopped onion
Add the sweet sauce, spices, and salt
Blend in a food processor until homogeneous
Knead well and check the seasoning

Mold the meatballs on skewers and refrigerate for an hour
Baste a grill with oil and heat it to high
Grill the meatballs until browned on all sides
If desired, keep them warm in a covered oven

All ingredients should be mixed together and refrigerated for an hour
Red pepper and goat cheese sauce (medium-hot) and milk-based yogurt sauce
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until homogeneous
Refrigerate for two hours.
