In a 20 cm round form, place the cake mix, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped candied orange peel, and mix well with a rubber or plastic spatula
Add the eggs, 2 tablespoons of frozen orange juice concentrate, and water
Mix well, scraping the sides of the form
Bake in a moderate preheated oven (180°C) for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
While the cake is baking, mix in a small bowl the confectioner's sugar with the remaining frozen orange juice concentrate and a few drops of water to give consistency and spread
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the same form for 10 minutes
Spread the glaze over the top and sprinkle with the remaining candied orange peel
Serve 4 to 6 people.
