1 In a blender, place the eggs and milk and blend
Pour into a bowl, add sugar and mix well
Add the flour, cornstarch, and yeast and fold them in
Transfer to a round mold, greased and floured, and bake
2 Cut a circle in the center of the cake when it's cold
Remove the crumb with a spoon, poke it and set aside
3 Prepare the gelatin and refrigerate
Place the gelatin in the hole of the cake, alternating with the crumb
