1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour

Sift together the whole wheat flour and yeast, and set aside
Mix the remaining ingredients in a blender until well combined
Pour into a medium-sized baking dish with a central hole, greased and floured, and bake at 180o C for approximately 30 minutes.
