Directions

Preheat the oven to medium (180°C)

Grease a 20 cm x 30 cm baking dish with butter. Reserve

Beat all the ingredients in a blender

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown

Remove from the oven, let cool, and cut into squares

Serve at room temperature.
