1/2 cup of raisins

Mix the sugar and oil
Add eggs, pumpkin, and mix well
Mix the flours with baking soda, yeast, spices, and herbs
Add the pumpkin
Stir until everything is moistened
If necessary, add a few tablespoons of water
Add raisins
Pour into a greased 24 x 10 cm English cake pan
Bake in a moderate preheated oven (170°C) for 1 hour and 20 minutes
Remove from the mold and let cool completely before serving
