Peel and grate the yucca
Squeeze out some of the gelatinous part
Mix with remaining ingredients
Pour into a round mold with a hole in the center, about 20 cm in diameter, greased
Bake in a hot oven (250°C) for 30 minutes
Soak with coconut milk mixed with grated coconut and bake for another 30 minutes until golden brown.
