Dough
4 eggs
6 tablespoons of sugar
6 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast

2 cups of canned plums, pitted
1 can of condensed milk
1/2 cup of whole milk
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
To moisten
1/4 cup of plum syrup
1/4 cup of whole milk
Coating
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of water
4 egg whites
Hot chocolate sauce for decorating
Dough

Dough
In a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar for 10 minutes
Gradually add the flour and yeast
Pour into a greased and floured 24 cm cake pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool, then remove from mold
Filling
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring until thickened
Let cool
Coating
In a saucepan, combine sugar and water
Cook over low heat until syrupy
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form
Gradually add the warm chocolate syrup while beating, until firm and set
Cut cake in half, and glaze with milk and plum syrup
Fill with marshmallow and chocolate sauce.
