In a large bowl, beat the butter with the flour until you get a creamy mixture
Add the eggs and, stirring constantly, add the chopped raisins
Then add the oats and wheat flour
Mix until you get a firm dough
Next, add the ground cinnamon and baking powder
Pour the cake into a greased pan with a central opening
