Beat the butter and eggs
Add the milk, alternating with the dry ingredients
Fold in the egg whites
Place half the dough in a greased and floured mold
Cook the light brown sugar and bananas over low heat in a pan
Cover with the remaining dough
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes or until golden
