Beat the eggs, rutabaga, oil, vanilla extract, and sugar in a blender
Transfer to a mixer bowl and add wheat flour, active dry yeast, and whipped egg whites
Mix well and pour the batter into a greased pan

For the cream topping, mix the ingredients and spread over the warm cake
