500g Ground Beef
2 cooked potatoes, mashed
3 tablespoons grated cheese
1 egg
1 finely chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 medium-sized carrot, cut into cubes
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 zucchinis

Cut the French roll into pieces and moisten with milk
In a large bowl, combine the moistened bread, ground beef, mashed potatoes, grated cheese, egg, chopped onion, garlic, and carrot
Mix well and season with salt and oregano
Cut the zucchinis into thin strips lengthwise and grill them on both sides
With the grilled zucchini strips, line the bottom and sides of a 22cm x 11cm English beef roll mold, leaving the ends of the zucchini for outside
Place the beef mixture, press to shape well, and cover with the zucchini ends
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C in a water bath for 40 minutes
Dismount and decorate with grilled zucchini slices.
