In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the oil and mozzarella. Reserve
Heat half of the oil in a 30cm non-stick skillet over medium heat
Spread half of the meat mixture onto the skillet, pressing down with a wooden spoon or spatula
Top with mozzarella cheese and cover with the remaining meat
Cover the skillet and cook until the roll is golden brown (about 10 minutes)
Flip the roll onto a plate
Heat the remaining oil in the skillet and wait for it to heat up
Slide the roll into the skillet and fry until golden brown (about 10 minutes)
Remove from heat, transfer to a decorative platter, and serve immediately
