In a large bowl, mix the beef with salt, nutmeg, and smoked bacon
In a medium-sized pan, heat the olive oil over high heat
Add the beef and stir constantly until cooked through and tender
Add the water and bring to a boil
Stir well, remove from heat, and reserve
Mash the sweet potatoes in a bowl and add them to a pan with milk, butter, and lime peel
Bring to a medium heat, stirring constantly until a uniform mass is achieved
Preheat the oven to 200°C (hot)
In a 16.5 cm x 26 cm rectangular dish, spread half of the sweet potato mixture
Fill with beef and cover with the remaining sweet potato mixture
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top
Sprinkle with parsley and serve
