For the sauce

Crumble the pork into a medium bowl and season with salt and black pepper
Set aside
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil, garlic, and onion over high heat until the onion is charred and starting to brown
Remove from heat and add the ground pork
Add the bread, soaked in milk, and the diced ham, mixing well and dividing into two portions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
With one portion of the meat mixture, line the bottom and sides of a 19 cm diameter refractory dish, greased with olive oil
Fill with cream cheese and cover with the other portion
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Drain the liquid that remains in the baking dish and unmold
Prepare the sauce: In a small skillet, heat the olive oil and garlic over high heat until the garlic starts to brown
Add the tomato, salt, and black pepper
Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the tomato is tender
Serve with the hot cake
