1 kg of Ground Beef
2 bunches of spinach, chopped and drained, well squeezed and scalded
1 cup of Ricotta Cheese
1 cup of finely chopped Onion
1/2 cup of Cake Flour
2 Eggs
1 crushed Garlic Clove
1/2 cup of Fresh Parsley Leaves
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 kg of Ground Beef

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°F)
In a large bowl, combine the Ground Beef, Spinach, Ricotta Cheese, Onion, and Cake Flour
Beat the remaining ingredients in a blender
Pour over the meat mixture
Mix well with your hands or a large spoon
Place into an English-style 29x14cm cake pan or a glass baking dish
Do not compress the mixture in the pan
Bake for about 1 hour
Drain excess fat
Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
Take to the picnic in the same form and serve by cutting into fine slices
