6 fish portions - 1 kg (Namorada)
Lemon juice from 1 lemon
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 red bell peppers and 1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
5 tomatoes, cut in half
3 sprigs of thyme with leaves
3/4 cup of coconut milk
Salt to taste

Season the fish with lemon juice and salt
Grease a large baking dish with some olive oil and arrange alternating slices of bell pepper and onion
Reserve some for garnish
Place the fish, tomato, and thyme on top, and cover with the remaining bell peppers
Baste with the remaining olive oil and coconut milk
Season and cook in the microwave at high power for 16 minutes
Serve immediately
