Season the chicken strips with salt and black pepper
Dip them in all-purpose flour, making sure they're well coated, then remove any excess
In a frying pan, fry the chicken strips in butter until golden brown on both sides
Add the dry white wine and cook until the liquid reduces
Join the lemon juice, capers, and chicken broth
Let it simmer until the sauce thickens
Garnish with some lemon slices and serve.
