Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper
Place in a small baking dish
Melt the butter, combine with green onion, water, and oregano
Pour over the chicken pieces
Roast in the oven uncovered for about 1 hour, basting occasionally until cooked through
Add more water if needed
In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle with sesame seeds or cornmeal.
