1 tablespoon (of a pinch) of salt
1 tablespoon (of a pinch) of thyme
oil for frying, as needed
1 small piece of cabbage (raw) cut into little pieces
1 shot glass of honey

Cut the chicken at the joints; dust with flour (previously mixed with salt and thyme), making sure it's well coated
Heat a skillet with oil, let it warm up, then dip in the chicken pieces; when they're golden brown, they're ready
Fry the potatoes in the usual way
Place the chicken in a wicker basket, along with the potatoes
Serve, garnishing with a salad of raw cabbage and honey
